An occupied or furnished room takes more planning to work in. Clear preparation and access arrangements help us define a clear scope of work and an accurate quote.

Before the work begins

The owner is responsible for clearing furniture and belongings and preparing the work area. Discuss the specific arrangements before work starts, including anything that cannot be moved and the route into the room. Do not assume furniture-moving or storage services are included.

What affects the quotation?

• Existing wall and ceiling conditions, preparation and agreed finishing.
• Occupancy, furniture and the amount of clear working space.
• Safe working access, including ceiling height and interior access.
• Parking availability and delivery or unloading access.
• Building rules, elevator bookings and permitted working hours, where applicable.
• The selected mouldings, LED system, electrical hookups and optional controls.

These details are discussed for the actual site. We do not assume standard parking fees, clearance distances or automatic surcharges.

The GTA room special

Regular $2,199; special $1,599 for a room up to 10 × 10 ft in the GTA, including LED lights, mouldings, supply and installation. Conditions apply. Contact us for details.

Package and project pricing depend on site conditions, access, and the scope of work. Electrical hookups, dimmers, motion sensors and other options are discussed and quoted for your project.
