Choosing LED strip lights for your light cove

The moulding shapes the edge; the LED system determines the light. Choose them together.

Colour, output and control are separate choices

Compare the appearance of the proposed light beside your paint and furnishings. Warm white is a colour characteristic, not a brightness level. Ask about the strip’s output, colour consistency and compatible dimming options before choosing a control.

Plan the full run

Share the length and layout of every run so the driver, power feeds and connections can be reviewed. Keep service access in mind. Select components that are compatible with one another and with the support and heat-management requirements; an illustration cannot confirm those specifications.
